He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Williams of Washington and Helen Williams; and his grandson Brian Williams Jr. Private. He is survived by: his wife Florence Mae Scott Williams; his children, Marie Kuhn of Gallipolis, Virginia of Gallipolis, Melanie Williams of Gallipolis, Bobby Williams of Gallipolis and Brian Keith Williams; and his sister Wanda Young. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters.
