Waugh of Gallipolis, Ohio, born in Marietta, Ohio, who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, H. C. Waugh and Anna Roberta Cisler Waugh; and his brother Donald "Don" Waugh. He is survived by: his wife Donna Thompson Waugh; his sons, Robert "Rob" Waugh Jr. (Kelly) of Jackson, Steve Waugh (Lisa) of Mason and Thom Waugh (Charity) of New Philadelphia, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Andy (Emily), Alex (Rorke), Jake (Megan), Josie (Nathan), Carly, Abby (Tristan), Dylan, Annie and Brad; his great grandchildren, Everly and Brantley; and his sister-in-law Ruth Barr (Jerry) of Gallipolis.
