He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Ramsey and Robert Carl Ramsey Jr; his grandchildren, Elijah Ramsey, Kadien Ramsey, Cezar Young, Alexis Miller, Johnnie Patterson, Jasmine Patterson and Jameson Patterson; and his siblings, Frances Ramsey of Gallipolis, Barbara King of Urbana, OH, Marsha Meadows of Urbana, Carl Ramsey Jr of Circleville, OH, Billy Ramsey of Fitzgerald, GA and William Sigmon of Battleground, WA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
