It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Gail Walker (Gallipolis, Ohio), born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on December 13, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Barry and Edna Sowards Barry; and her husband Archie Walker. She is survived by: her children, Adrienne J. Walker of Gallipolis, André J. Walker (Cassandra) of Gallipolis and Brandon Flannery (Betsy) of Gallipolis; her grandchildren, Connor Utt, James Blosser (Kayla), Michaela Flannery, Sean Michael Flannery, Darien Flannery and Aiden Rutherford; her great grandchildren, Ian Blosser, Matthew Blosser and Parker Harmon; and her sisters, Doris Shaffer of Proctorville, Margaret Fulks (John) of Mercerville and Virginia Sheets (Morris) of Gallipolis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
