It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Eugene Elliott (Gallipolis, Ohio), who passed away on October 2, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Glendon Elliott and Charles Arthur Elliott. He is survived by: his parents, Josephine Elliott and Arthur Elliott of Lincoln Pike; his wife Evelyn Elliott of Gallipolis; his children, Terence Elliott, Tamara McConnell (Michael) and Timothy Elliott (Brandi); his grandchildren, Ryan Elliott, Brittany Baker (James), Teah Elliott, Gretchen McConnell, Gabrielle McConnell, Hunter Elliott, Madison Elliott and Aubrianna Elliott; his great grandchild Chloe Ann Baker; his sister Carolyn Harrison (Larry) of Grove City, Ohio; and his sister-in-law Patricia Elliott of Gallipolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Eugene's family requests donations be made in his memory to Holzer Hospice.
