He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Winner and Hazel Winner (Knupp); and his sister Sally Ann Faulkner. He is survived by: his wife Doris Burke; his children, Melinda Jarrell (Brian) of San Marcos, Raymond Winner and Deborah Mace (Bill) of Lake; his grandchildren, Colleen Sibayan (Jonathan), Adam and Emily Mace; his great grandchild Ruth Jasmin Sibayan; his siblings, James Winner, Larry Winner (Renee) of Senoia, Georgia, Kathleen Zedek (Ronald), Jean Wellington and Susan Runion (Calvin); and his brother-in-law Frank Faulkner (Georgia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
