He was predeceased by: his father Owen Justin Ross, Sr.; and his sister Mary Ann Ross. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Drummond Ross of Gallipolis; and his siblings, Beverly Myszkowski (Eric) of Panama City, Owena Ross of California, Tammy Reinbold (Scott) of Michigan and Owen Ross, Jr. of Michigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
