He is survived by: his parent Virginia Stout (McClaskey); his sons, Brian Stout (Liz) of Bidwell and Jason Stout (Rachel) of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Brea, Abby, Lexi, Thomas, Katie and Marcus; his brothers, Michael Stout (Edith) of Gallipolis, Terry Stout of Destin and Timothy Stout (Rhoda) of Bidwell; and his siblings-in-law, Carole Kemper (Ray), Mount Sterling, Linda Deel and Kris Burger (Amy).
