She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Blake (Brent); her daughter-in-law Mandy Staley; her grandchildren, Jason Humphreys (Laura), Stacy Miles, Kevin Blake (Cassie), Craig Blake (Brandi) and Josh Staley (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Dylan Humphreys, Libby North, Ridge Miles, Kolby, Kolson Blake and Noah Blake. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
