She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry McGhee and Irene McGhee; her husbands, Ronald R. Sims and Jack Quimby; her stepson Robert L. Sims; her sister Barbara Clark; her fiancé Carter Smith; and her son-in-law John Martin Dixon III.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ronda S. Sims Dixon and Tamara Sims Thacker; her grandchildren, Ryann Thacker Swindler, Kristin Clark Stinson and Kelly Thacker Baker; and her great grandchildren, Daniel Stinson, Lily Baker, Callen Swindler and Harrison Baker.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home Inc. (420 1st Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the Vinton Memorial Park (3363 Alice Rd, Vinton, OH 45686).
