He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Price and Della Price (Adkins). He is survived by: his wife Lillian Lee Price; and his daughters, Karen Lemley Brady, Kimberly Norman (James) and Brenda Cheney (Richard). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
