He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Dulaney and Maggie Yates Dulaney; his former wife Lavada Dulaney; and his siblings, Hiram Delaney, Theodore Dulaney and Wilma Dulaney.
He is survived by: his wife Erna Marie Dulaney of Gallipolis; his daughters, Brenda Howell Sr. (Bryan) of Jackson, Melody Linton (Terry) of Port Richey, Tonia Brooks of Jackson, Tammy Heskett (Richard) of Jackson and Bonita Hommes (Gene) of Jackson; and his sister Mary Willett. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
