She was predeceased by: her parents, Meriett F. Sanders and Violet Pauline Fry Sanders; her husband Elmer Fowler; and her siblings, Clyde Sanders, Shirley Watson and Sharon Church.
She is survived by: her son Terry Sanders of Gallipolis; her grandson Justin Sanders (Brandy) of Crown City; her great grandchildren, Marshall and Anthony; and her siblings, Carolyn Beaver of Mercerville, Jeannie Watson (Hollis) of Thurman, Jackie Sanders of Gallipolis, Merrill Sanders (Judy) of Ironton and John Sanders (Sharon) of Gallipolis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
