It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nadean Skidmore (Gallipolis, Ohio), born in Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia, who passed away on September 21, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Garland B. "Doll"; and her siblings, Garland Nibert, Jr., Marlin Nibert, Donald Nibert and Martha Reynolds.
She is survived by: her parent Esther Mink Nibert, Sr.; her children, Mike Skidmore (Jan) of Fishers and Donna Tipton (John) of Oak Hill; her grandchildren, Jessica Harmon (Mike) of Cincinnati, Storm Payne (William) of Suffolk and Anna Skidmore of Fishers; her great grandchildren, Charlie Skidmore, Ridgedon Payne, Nicholas Payne and Rush Payne; her sister Reda Myers of Springfield; and her husband James H. Skidmore.
