He was predeceased by: his parents, Webster Sheets and Brookie Sheets (Halley); and his siblings, Shirley Sheets of Columbus, Ralph Sheets of Jackson, Raymond Sheets of Florida and Marcella Sandell (Everett) of Gallipolis.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Kathryn Barry; his son Barry Glen Sheets (Ellen) of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Webster, Rutherford and Grace Sheets; and his siblings, Daniel Sheets of Gallipolis and Hazel Brumfield of Crown City.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Heartland Hospice, 404 E. Huron Street, Jackson, OH 45640, who provided outstanding care support in the final weeks of his life.
