He was predeceased by: his mother Joann Hill McDonald; and his brother Paul Ray Bright. He is survived by: his wife Jill McCoy Putney of Gallipolis; his children, Kaliff Putney, Kasidy Putney (Dustin), Michael Putney, Christopher McCoy (Jessi) and Baleigh Armstrong; his grandchildren, Kenadee, Zayn, Cannon, Peyton and Elliot; and his siblings, Bud Bright, Sonny Bright, Chuck McDonald, Dean McDonald, Robbie Bright and Sandra Kay Putney.
All of those attending are to wear masks and observe social distancing guidelines.
