It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Green (Gallipolis, Ohio), who passed away on October 12, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Worthy Green; his wife Ruth Ann Lucas Green; his daughter Vicky Cain; and his siblings, Ralph Sands, Pauline Eblin, Mary Louise Clagg and Ada Mae Saunders.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Johnson Green; and his children, Gene Green of Gallipolis, Rick Green (Mary) of Vinton and Cathy Green of Vinton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
