He is survived by: his wife Deborah Gardner Skaggs of Gallipolis; his daughters, Jennifer Williams (Eric) and Amanda Nibert (Tony) of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Carl White, Shi-Anna Hunt, Dakota Hunt (Destanee), Stephen White (Shawna) and Savannah White (David); his great grandchildren, Dyson Hunt, Z. J. Penick, Shi'Aira Penick and Sawyer Davis; and his sisters, Ann Knotts and Rosetta Bales.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the White Oak Church (1555 Nibert Rd, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
