Smith; his son Jared Smith (Theresa) of Gallipolis; his granddaughter Elizabeth Smith; his siblings, Matt Smith (Linda) and Nancy Smith; and his stepdaughters, Chloe, Jamie Heskett, Jadyn and Zola. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
