He was predeceased by: his father Bob Eugene Long; and his grandparents, Melvin, Margarete Cantrell, Cody and Katherine Long.
He is survived by: his mother Dora Cantrell Long; his brothers, Aaron Long (Leah) of Brooksville and Christopher Long of Gallipolis; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Long, Jessica Murphy, Justin Murphy and A. J. Pollock. He is also survived by aunt, uncles, cousins, and lots of friends.
