He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sheets Caldwell; his stepsons, Randall E. Caldwell (Beth) and Gary T. Caldwell (Sarah); his grandchildren, Whitnee Molidor (Kyle), Chase Caldwell, Amber Cavender (Justin), Josh Pauley (Natalie) and Michael Black (Wendy); his great grandchildren, Landon Molidor, Layla Jordan, Easton Cavender, Amelia Black, Madison Black and Zach Black; his siblings, Judy Hall (Larry), Rita Myers (Tom), Vicki Elliott (Wayne), Mike Caldwell (Martha) and Cindy Cremeans; his siblings-in-law, Danny Stidham, Nelda Caldwell and Shelba Lanning; and his parents-in-law, Larry Sheets (Crystal) and Sharon Steele (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
