She was predeceased by: her mothers, Pearl DeVault and Edna DeVault; her husband Glen Haskins; her pet Teddy; her siblings, Bob Shiftlet, Rosie Lane (Teenie), Jean Radcliff, Hilda Nibert and Anna Mead; her daughter-in-law Vicki Haskins; her granddaughter Amanda Shell; and her pet Tiger.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Patterson (Stuart) of Marysville, OH and Jay Haskins of Gallipolis, OH; her stepdaughter Susan Mosley (Tom) of Leesburg, FL; her grandchildren, Brad Haskins (Kelsey) and Brandi Kline (Jake); her great grandchildren, Dylan Kline, Ethan Kline, Logan Kline, Jake Samson, Eva Shell and Kane Shell; and her siblings, Nancy Fields of Radcliff, KY and John Dray (Candy).
