She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Edward Elliott and Thelma Reitmire Elliott Weaver; her husband Everett Halley; and her siblings, Juby Long, Sugie Baird, Howard Elliott, Henry Elliott and Tommy Elliott.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Stewart (James) of Langsville, Sue Pearson of Point Pleasant, Herman "Dickie" Elliott of Point Pleasant, Harold Frank Elliott (Cathy) of Racine and Herbert Elliott (Marcia) of Langsville; and her niece Shari Cochran (Gary) of Point Pleasant. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens (1229 Neighborhood Rd, Gallipolis, OH 45631).
