With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Luella Johnson of Gallipolis, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 27, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Neal and Gracie Dulaney Neal; and her husband Otis Johnson. She is survived by: her daughter Debra Toomey (Ray); her grandsons, John Toomey (Christine) and Neal Toomey; her great grandchild Sutton Toomey; and her sister Edith Taylor.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Holzer Assisted Living Facility in Gallipolis, Ohio.
