She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Reynolds and Reva Rupe Reynolds; her husband Perry Edwin Thaxton; and her daughter Wilma R. Thaxton. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Doris Thaxton Snedegar. She is also survived by several Nieces, Nephew, and Cousins.
