We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2019, at the age of 95, Lorene Chipman Lewis (Gallipolis, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Chipman and Blanche Chipman; her significant other Patrick Benson Lewis (Pat); and her son Chuck. She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Sydney Czulada, Kevin Czulada, Sophia Marino, Emma Marino and Logan Novak; and her siblings-in-law, Cade, Mary Sydney Nelms, Sheila and Ron Bourbeau. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
