He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Stumbo and Violet Stumbo (McGuire); and his wife Bertha Stumbo (Reed). He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Myers (Dale) of Scottown, Ohio, Gail Patrick (John) of Gallipolis and Janet McComas (Eric) of Branchland; and his sisters, Carol Glassburn of Bidwell, Ohio, Betty Thomas of Proctorville and Rose Mannon of Ironton. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren And 7 great grandchildren.
