She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Kenneth and Elsie Higley (Stalnaker); her husband William Douglas Bowen; her siblings, Joyce L. Robie, Forrest Raymond Higley and Kenneth Higley; and her nephews, Steve Robie and Ronnie Robie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family members and several special friends.
