She is survived by: her parent Alma Evans Salisbury; her husband James E. Blair of Gallipolis; her son Sherman Green (Susan) of Gallipolis; her granddaughter Michelle Waugh (Josh) of Crown City; her great grandchild Justin Waugh; her stepchildren, Jim Blair (Terri) of Patriot, Mark Blair (Lynn) of Gallipolis and Gwen Craft (Jim) of Gallipolis; her brother Alden Salisbury (Alice) of Gallipolis; and her sister-in-law Naomi Salisbury of Columbus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
