He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Clagg and Elsie Clagg; his wife Lillian Clonch; his brother Robert Clagg (Jesse); and his granddaughter Stacy Mills.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Clagg (Jane), Therill Clagg (Tammy) and Cheryl Wintz (Chris); his grandchildren, Ronnie Clagg (Martha), Jimmy Clagg (Jessica), Ashley, Whitney, Lilly, Johnny Clagg, Teri Burdell (David), Brittany Wintz (Zac Bennett), Levi Wintz, Timber Goelling, Aaron Price, Krystle Barnett (Nic) and Drew Steger; his daughter-in-law Ashely Clagg; and his brothers, Jack Clagg (Irene) and David Clagg (Sherry). He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
