Kennedy of Fredericktown, PA, Don Phillips (Susan) of Georgetown, OH and Matt Phillips (Casey) of Stafford, VA; his grandchildren, Bryan, Lindsay, Joshua, Heather, Jesse, Makayla, Cody, Nathalie, Logan and Lily; his great grandchild Codi; his sister Lois Clarke of Mineral City, OH; and his sister-in-law Faye Phillips of Uhrichsville, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
