He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Steward (Chance) and Charles Steward of Polk, Ohio.; and his sister Dotty Irwin. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Steward Jackenheimer (Beth), Dana Steward Stapleton, Krissy Steward Garber and RJ; his stepsons, James Thornburg and Brian Reed; his sisters, Penny Stinson and Donna Werner; his grandchildren, Richard Troy Johnson, Brandi, Kaden Johnson, Jay Johnson, Hollee Castor, Trevor Stapleton and Keghan Stapleton; and his great grandchildren, Josphine and Ezekial Johnson.
