He was predeceased by: his parent Eugene Edward Fitzwater. He is survived by: his parent Madeline Lucas Fitzwater; his wife Rita Fitzwater of Gallipolis; his daughters, Courtney Tabor (Joey) and Kristin Edwards (Cody); his granddaughters, Zoey, Addyson and Hazel; and his siblings, Edward Dale Fitzwater of Texas, Connie Neff (Abe) and Jean Ann Neff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
