He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fisher and Icybelle "Icy" Maddox Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Jeane Fisher of Gallipolis; his children, Barbara I. Shelton (Lewis) of Gallipolis, Phil Fisher (Debbie) of Gallipolis and Jim Fisher of Gallipolis; his siblings, John Fisher of Pomeroy, Ohio and Faye Proffit of Belpre, Ohio; and his close friend Dave McCoy. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; three step great grandchildren.
