He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Williams and Hildreth Day Williams. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Wilcoxon Williams of Gallipolis; his children, Chris Williams of Gallipolis, Jeremy Williams of Gallipolis, Josh Williams (Samantha) of Culloden and Natalie Williams of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Hannah, Evan, Wade, Ethan, Reba, Justin, Sophia, Amelia, Rylan, Avery and Zoey; his great grandchildren, Jeremiah and Kai; and his siblings, David Williams (Cheryl) of Crown City, Jeanie Lawhon of Gallipolis and Denise Williams of Gallipolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
