We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Justin Williams (Gallipolis, Ohio). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Garland E. Williams and Evelyn E. Williams; his siblings, Betty Baker, Jack Williams and Daniel Williams; his children, Lisa Isaacs (Jimmy) of Titusville, Lori Prendergast (Pat) of Cape Charles, Virginia, Melissa Jones of Vero Beach, Cami Smith of Bidwell, Ohio and Justin Williams (Cathy) of Gallipolis; his close friend Velma Williams; and his pet Lillie. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and two on the way; life partners.

Those in attendance are asked to follow CDC guidelines of social distancing and are required to follow the Ohio mandate of wearing face masks.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Justin's name to Gallia County Vietnam Veterans of America, C/O James Cozza 1032 First Avenue Gallipolis, OH 45631.
