Though Judith Ann may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Judith Ann leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Tilley and Mary Easterday Tilley. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Cline; her daughter Michelle Woodruff (John); her grandchildren, J. D. Woodruff (Hannah) and Chloe Link (Cody); and her great grandchildren, Eleanor, Carter, Caiden and Cline.
