It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Maxine Noe (Gallipolis, Ohio), who passed away on September 22, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fouts and Mabel Fenstermaker; and her husband Roland Noe. She is survived by: her sons, Mike (Linda), Jim (Jane) and Bill (Mary); her grandchildren, Michael, Andy (Brynn), Amy, Jeremy and Jason; and her great grandchildren, Ben and Parker.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Gallipolis in Lights.
