With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Robie of Gallipolis, Ohio, born in Scott Depot, West Virginia, who passed away on August 6, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Kenneth and Elsie Higley (Stalnaker); her close friend Donald "Jim" McBride; her sons, Steven F. Robie and Ronald Keith Robie; her grandson William Marcus Brabham; her brothers, Kenneth Higley and F. Raymond Higley; and her son-in-law Theodore "Red" Brabham.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammi Brabham (Ernie McQuirt); her stepchildren, Colina McBride and Nathan McBride; her sister Kay Higley Bowman; her daughters-in-law, Georgie Robie and Lynn Robie; and her former husband Keith Robie. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, one step grandson and seven great-grandchildren.
