He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Leach and Margaret K. Leach (Smith) of Cheshire; his wife Barbara Brown Leach (Spencer); his stepdaughter Charla Brown McGuire; and his brothers, Donald Leach and Arthur Leach.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gladys McGhee of Graham, NC, Ronald Leach (Margaret) of Bluffton, SC and Charles Leach (Kathryn) of Gallipolis; his stepson Charles M. Brown III (Judy) of Fort Myers, FL; his stepson-in-law Dennis McGuire; and his stepgrandsons, Dalton and Tanner McGuire of Bidwell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 regulations, private services will be conducted by Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, Point Pleasant, with private interment at Gravel Hill Cemetery.
