Richards (Gallipolis, Ohio), born in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, who passed away on October 17, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Richards of Gallipolis; his children, William F. "Bill" Richards (Brandy) of Gallipolis and Lori Richards Fowler of Hilliard, Ohio; his sister Eleanor Kay Evans of Gallipolis; his siblings-in-law, Bette Null Horan of Gallipolis and Merrill Null of Gallipolis; and his nieces and nephews, Bev Dunkle (Dan) of Gallipolis, Jackie Woodward (Tombo) of Gallipolis, Bethany Oder (Bob) of Arizona, JoEllen Kueck (Mark) of Springfield, Susan Calhoun of Athens, Ohio, Michael Null (Lori) and Ron Dille (Barbara) of Texas.
