He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Vance and Lucille Yvonne McKean Haggerty. He is survived by: his daughters, Erin Holzapfel (Kevin) of Wellston and Shauna Chapman (Ryan) of Racine, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kenedie Russ, Addisyn Ramsburg, Reese Denney and Brooks Chapman; and his brothers, Richard Haggerty (Judy) of Gallipolis and Chip Haggerty (Terry) of Gallipolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
