He is survived by: his children, Gerald "Fuzzy" Fulkerson (Tamar) of Oak Hill, Ohio and Stephanie Fulkerson (Brock Casner) of Johnstown, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tristan, Trent, Trevor and Trinity Fulkerson; his brothers, Larry Green (Catherine) of Dayton, Ohio and Randy Green of Dayton, Ohio; and his close friends, Mary Williams Hicks and Laura Baker.
