He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Finney and Grace Parsons Finney; his sister Rosaliend Reid; and his son-in-law Gary Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Davis Finney of Gallipolis; his children, Sharon "Sherry" Fisher of Bidwell and Randall Finney (Cindy Staley) of Gallipolis; his grandchildren, Lindsay Stout (Chris) of Bidwell, Nicholas "Nick" Fisher (Kelli) of Hilliard, RJ and David Finney of Grandview; his great grandchildren, Caleb Stout, Kennedy Fisher, Carmen Fisher, Lilyanna Delgado and Natalya Finney; and his sister-in-law Betty Davis of Sarasota, Florida.
