She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil T. "Sambo" Holley and Myrtle Irene Holley (Angel); and her father-in-law Ronald E. Knotts (Tom). She is survived by: her significant other David L. Knotts; her mother-in-law Daisy E. Knotts; her sons, Christopher Chad Polsley (Jessica) and Justin Seth Fraley; her siblings, Linda Adams (Holley), Warren Ray Holley and Terry Lee Holley; her grandchildren, Katilinn Fraley, Grace Polsley, Tristan Polsley and Brady Fraley; her niece Heather Hart; her nephew Isaiah Holley; her great-nephew Rhett Holley; her siblings-in-law, Chris Moore, Donna Harless, Lois Knotts, Stephen and Sheila Knotts; and her friends, Ernestine Polsley, Dianna Williams, Kathy Deckard, Joy Beaver, Pat, Walter Davis, Rick, Charla Whobrey, Dave, Pauley Carr, Phil, Patty Skidmore, Dick and Bev Fetty.

Jodi Knotts, 65, of Gallipolis, passed peacefully at home on January 31, 2020, from early onset Alzheimer's.
