She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow DeVault and Helma Hill DeVault; and her brother Johnny Saffles. She is survived by: her husband Roger White of Gallipolis; her daughters, Tammy White of Gallipolis and Jessica DeWeese (Richard) of Gallipolis; and her sisters, Lana Elliott (Wayne) of Gallipolis and Carolyn Rose (Jim) of Gallipolis.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be given to Shriners Children's Hospital or Friends of Gallia Animals in memory of Jo Ann.
