He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Tande Pope Rose; his son Brandon Montgomery; his daughter-in-law Erin; his grandchildren, Ellie, Sadie, Maggie and Hank Montgomery; his brother Steve Rose (Sheri); his aunt Daisy Smoot; his siblings-in-law, Cynde Kuhn, Amy Johnson (Stoney) and Chad Pope (Deanna); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Voltz (Chris), Bethany Rose, Jody Morgan (Danny), Jordan Johnson, Erin Pope, Beau Johnson and Evan Pope; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jorja, Boone Morgan, Thatcher and Delphine Voltz; his friend Allan Boster; his pets, Frederick and Maggie Moo; his parents, Merrill Rose and Thelma Saunders Rose; his sister Sheri Rose; his grandparents, Charlie, Weltha Rose, Robert and Goldie Saunders; his aunt Marjorie Mink; his uncle Bobby Saunders; his parents-in-law, Don and Leota Pope; and his brother-in-law Alan Kuhn.
