She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter A. Holley and Allie B. Lane Holley; her children, Michael Stapleton and Lori Somerville; her great grandchild Andrew Gardner; and her siblings, Leslie Stapleton, Doris Jeffers, Betty Johannensen, Bessie Marlene Duncan, Beuford Holley, Dale Holley, Donald Holley, Basil "Sambo" Holley and Melvin "Jack" Holley.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd Stapleton; her children, Cynthia D. "Cindy" Howard (Bob) of Thurman, Debra S. Greene (Thom) of Gallipolis and Eric Stapleton (Flora) of Gallipolis; and her siblings, Naomi Brown (Gene) of Crown City, Shirley Watson (Dale) of Crown City, George Holley of Grove City and Warren Holley (Judy) of Crown City, Ohio.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
