We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2021, at the age of 80, Janet Nibert of Gallipolis, Ohio, born in Point Pleasant, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Kinder Halley Riffle and Hartley Granville "Sam" Halley; her siblings, June Quillen, Wanda Halley, Mary Lou Halley, James Halley and Richard Halley; and her stepfather Charles Riffle.

She is survived by: her children, Tony Shamblin of Gallipolis, Gary Nibert (Teresa) of Point Pleasant, WV, Kelly Ratliff (Kenny) of Gallipolis and Leanna Martin (Rick) of Gallipolis; her grandchildren, Joshua, Shannon, Jaime, Bridget, Bucky, Rocky, Zackary, Jarrett, Grace and Peri Anna; and her sisters, Helen Wagoner of Jackson, OH and Mikki Young of Mayville, NY..
