She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Waugh Sr. and Wanda V. Waugh; her brother John D. Waugh Jr.; and her granddaughter Madalyn Cardwell. She is survived by: her children, Sonya Small (Trevor) and Benny Cardwell (Diane); her sister Wanda May Fellure (John); her sister-in-law Wanda K. Waugh; and her close friend Darlene Garlic. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
